This interactive course is designed for individuals who would like to make better decisions and more easily manage challenging situations. The sessions are live to allow for interaction between participants, and are especially suitable for those going through a transition or who work remotely.
THE SCIENCE BEHIND MINDFULNESS
Research into mindfulness in the workplace has accelerated in recent years based on its success in medical applications. By strengthening the ability to focus, mindfulness has been shown to improve:

During periods of change or high pressure, therefore, it is particularly effective in helping people manage stress and generate new ideas to adapt and thrive in rapidly evolving environments.

The course cost is £95. The next course starts on Thursday, 2nd April.

EXPERT GUIDANCE
The course is led by Dr. Graham Norris, an organisational psychologist and certified Workplace Mindfulness Facilitator. He holds an MBA and doctorate of business administration, and his thesis focused on adaptability and mindfulness in the workplace. His passion is helping people gain greater control over their futures by stimulating creative thinking about how to manage risks and generate opportunities.
